4" (10 cm.) All-bisque seated Kewpie with right glancing eyes, left arm reaching upward, and right arm clasping a bisque "wicker" basket that is resting upon his right leg. Marked c. (in circle) and with red heart Kewpie label. The model appeared in the 1912 Bordgfeldt catalog of Kewpies as #4874. Germany, circa 1912.
