Description
10" (25 cm) diameter cake plate. Of fine white porcelain with green leafy decorations and gold edging, each piece features various Kewpie characters. The plate is centered by Wag the Chief instructing three Kewpies seated on a log, and eight Kewpies form a ring around the outside. Five characters are features on the lidded sugar, four on one creamer, and three on the other. Marked Royal Rudolstadt and Copyrighted Rose O'Neill Germany Kewpie. Circa 1915.
