3 1/2" (9 cm.) Two standing Kewpies are posed together, one with his arm around the other's back, clasping a large green-covered book with red Kewpie label on the back cover, a brown-covered bisque book at their back, eyes painted glancing at each other. Marked C. (in circle). The model appeared in the 1912 Borgfeldt catalog of Kewpies as #4855. Germany, circa 1915.
