6 1/2" (17 cm.) All-bisque standing Scootles has right-glancing eyes, prominent cheek dimples, deeply sculpted curly air, and oversized loop-jointed arms with spread chubby fingers. Marked c. Rose O'Neill Scootles on feet, and stamped Japan on back torso. Japan, circa 1930.
