4" (10 cm.) Each is all-bisque standing Kewpie with right-glancing eyes and jointed arms and is costumed to represent Mr. or Mrs. Santa Claus, he with white flannel beard and hair, red crepe paper hat and carrying a small feather tree; she with detailed crepe paper costume trimmed with holly berry and mounted upon original wooden base. The holiday figures in factory crepe paper costumes were presented in a 1917 catalog. Germany, circa 1917.
