Description
13" (33 cm.) Pink-tinted bisque socket head, brown glass sleep eyes, dark eyeliner, fringed brows, short curly lashes, accented eye corners and nostrils of upturned nose, open mouth with outlined lips, four porcelain teeth, brunette mohair wig, composition and wooden ball-jointed body, pretty antique costume. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 5777 4 Heubach (sunburst mark). Comments: Gebruder Heubach, the firm's Dolly Dimple model, circa 1915, so-named for the impressive dimples in each cheek and chin. Value Points: the deeply-impressed dimples are enhanced by finest quality of bisque and delicate complexion.
