Description
Bleuette,with bisque socket head,blue glass sleep
eyes,mohair lashes,original Bleuette wig and
pate,composition jointed body. The doll,27 cm.,is
marked "Unis France 60 71 149 8/0" on the back of
head,"8/0" on the front of throat,"2" on
torso,and "1" on feet,and is wearing an original
Bleuette costume "Parisienne" from the 1937/1938
catalog of cherry design on rich blue velvet with
ribbed fabric weave,matching cap,chemise,Bleuette
socks and leather shoes. The doll is from the
1925 era.
