Bleuette,with bisque socket head,blue glass sleep
eyes,mohair lashes,brunette wig and pate,jointed
composition body. The doll,29 cm.,is marked "71
Unis France 149 60 1 1/ 4" on the head,"2" on the
back torso,(lower legs repainted so mark not
legible),and is wearing communion costume "Le
Beau Jour" from 1949 period including
dress,underslip,veil,cap,rosary,rosary
case,aumoniere,socks. The doll is from the late
1930's.
