Description
10" (25 cm.) Bisque shoulder head with pale complexion, painted facial features, cobalt blue eyes, red and black upper eyeliner, single stroke brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth, brunette wig coiffed into tiniest braids with interwoven blue ribbons, muslin body, carved wooden hands and legs with painted black ankle boots. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Germany, circa 1870. Value Points: in fine unplayed with condition, the doll wears original red knit dress and jacket trimmed with cream and black borders, with fancy tasseled cap, in fresh vibrant condition and colors.
