Composition head portraying brightly smiling man, with wooden tall parade hat, composition torso with red sculpted marching uniform jacket, labeled GE with inset yellow rope trim, wooden segmented arms and legs, slits in hands for holding promotional pieces. Original paper label "Art Quality Dolls, Cameo Products, Port Alleghany, Des & c. by JLK." Designed by Joseph Kallus for Hotpoint Appliances, circa 1930. Very good condition, some facial wear.
