21" (53 cm.) Pale bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulder plate, cobalt blue glass inset eyes, thick black eyeliner, painted lashes, feathered brows, accented eye corners and nostrils, closed mouth with center accent line, pierced ears, blonde mohair wig over cork pate, French kid fashion body with shapely torso and gusset-jointing, green silk gown. Condition: generally excellent, body dusty but very firm. Marks: 6 (head and shoulders). Comments: attributed to Blampoix, circa 1860. Value Points: fine large size with beautiful pale bisque contrasting the brilliant cobalt blue eyes.
