Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulder plate, blue glass enamel inset eyes, painted lashes, feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with center accent line, pierced ears, blonde mohair wig, kid gusset-jointed fashion body with shapely waist, stitched and separated fingers. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 2. Comments: attributed to Pierre-Francois Jumeau, circa 1875. Value Points: the delicately featured lady doll has lovely expression, very sturdy and clean original body, wears original silk grey plaid gown with magenta silk trim, leather boots with unusual maker's stamp, undergarments, and magenta velvet bonnet.
