Firm-sided paper mache goat is generously covered in white fluffy lambswool except for his smooth face and legs, with green glass inset eyes, defined mouth and nostrils, leather ears, elaborately carved horns, wooden hooves, with pull-wire that causes the goat to bleat when pulled, posed upon cast iron wheeled base. French, circa 1870,an early model of pull toy in rare animal form.
