11" h. (28 cm.) One piece terra cotta sculpture with bronzed-color finish of young child with curly hair, chubby dimpled body, seated on knoll, holding one hand to mouth, the other holding his foot. Signed "No.2. Albert Marque", in the classic signature of the artist. French, circa 1915, from the artist who also designed the classic Albert Marque doll during the same era. A rare sculpture with appealing subject.
