22" (56 cm.) A firm-shaped bulldog with flocked finish has detailed musculature and realistic body posture and tiny hidden wheels in the feet, with hinged nodding head, large brown glass eyes, upright ears, hinged jaw with fierce sculpted teeth, original studded leather collar and ruff, pull-along chain that also causes his mouth to open and close in a ferocious manner, and the dog to bark. French, circa 1890. Excellent condition.
