Description
19" (48 cm.) Firm-shaped burro with curly wool cover, painted face with brown glass inset eyes, carved mouth, painted legs with black hooves, leather ears, brown leather harness and saddle, brass harness trim, silver stirrup, tiny wheels under the feet, hidden wire on underbelly which causes burro to cry when pulled (cries faintly). Very good condition. French, circa 1885, a rare animal toy with detailed fittings.
