Description
28" (71 cm.) Pink-tinted bisque socket head, brown glass sleep eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, brushstroked and fringed brows, accented eye corners and nostrils, closed mouth with downcast pouty lips, accent line between the lips, brunette mohair wig, composition and wooden ball-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent, small restoration on left bottom eye rim. Marks: 7246 11 Heubach (sunburst mark) Germany. Comments: Gebruder Heubach, circa 1912. Value Points: rare model in wonderful large size, excellent quality of bisque with lustrous patina, wonderful antique costume of young boy of the 1912 era.
