Description

21" (53 cm.) Bisque socket head, brown glass sleep eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, short feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with modeled space between the smiling lips, two beaded teeth, brunette human hair in side braids, composition and wooden ball-jointed toddler body, antique costume. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: K*R Simon & Halbig 116/A. Comments: Kammer and Reinhardt, circa 1915. Value Points: wonderful definition of character features, choicest bisque and painting, great body with chubby tummy, original body finish.
