Description
7" (18 cm.) Composition socket head with sculpted bald pate and red tin can hat, painted facial features with googly eyes and caricature wide beaming smile, composition five piece body, original black felt jacket and checkered pants. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Happy Hooligan from early comic strip series, circa 1910,made in Germany. Value Points: rare little cartoon doll in wonderfully preserved condition.
