25" (64 cm.) Pink-tinted porcelain shoulder head with plump rounded face, cobalt blue glass enamel inset eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, feathered brows, accented eye corners and nostrils, closed mouth with center accent line, unpierced ears, auburn mohair wig over cork pate, French kid gusset jointed body with stitched and separated fingers and toes, antique calico dress, undergarments, straw bonnet, shoes. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: attributed to Blampoix, circa 1860. Value Points: beautiful large early poupee with fine lustrous patina of complexion, brilliant eyes, original body.
