9" (23 cm.) Bisque shoulder head with blonde sculpted hair in short curls, cobalt blue glass enamel inset eyes, painted lashes, accented nostrils, closed mouth, old muslin body with bisque limbs, painted shoes, blue silk gown; along with smaller bisque baby with blonde sculpted hair, painted features, muslin body and bisque limbs, wearing brown velvet baby gown. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Germany, circa 1870. Value Points: beautiful presentation of pair of dolls, the larger with rarer glass eyes.
