19" (48 cm.) Bisque socket head with slender facial modeling, blue glass sleep eyes, mohair lashes, painted lower lashes, feathered brows, accented nostrils, open mouth, shaded and accented lips, four porcelain teeth, pierced ears, brunette mohair wig in upswept style, composition and wooden ball-jointed body with adult female shape, modeled bosom, tiny waist, slender limbs. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 1159 S&H DEP 7 Germany. Comments: Simon and Halbig, circa 1900. Value Points: in fine unplayed with condition, the lady wears her antique well-fitted uniform of blue and white striped dress, apron, cap, black leather shoes and stockings.
