Description
8" Mary. Carved wooden figure of young girl with sculpted hair, painted face with somber expression, jointing at shoulders and hips, painted blue stockings and black over-sized feet, wearing original factory costume and straw hat; along with glass-eyed lamb with carved wooden tail, bell around the neck. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Schoenhut, the first series introduced by Schoenhut in 1908. Value Points: rare set in wonderfully preserved condition.
