Bisque socket head, brown glass sleep eyes, dark eyeliner, dark painted lashes, slightly modeled brush-stoked and feathered brows, accented eye corners and nostrils, open mouth, shaded and accented lips, four porcelain teeth, pierced ears, blonde mohair wig, composition and wooden ball-jointed body, antique costume. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 79 17 1/2 Germany Halbig (head) Handwerck 8 (body). Comments: Heinrich Handwerck, circa 1890. Value Points: beautiful large size doll with choice bisque, original body and body finish, enhanced by rare extended-length mohair wig extending nearly to her waist.
