4" (10 cm.) One piece bisque head and torso of chubby toddler, brown glass side-glancing googly eyes, painted lashes and brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with impish smile, loop- jointed bisque arms and legs, painted blue bobby socks and black one strap shoes, lace dress, brunette mohair bobbed wig. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 217 11 (head) 11 (limbs). Comments: circa 1920,Germany. Value Points: cheerful impish expression on the little googly with all signed and matched body parts, original wig.
