Description
5" (13 cm.) One piece all bisque head and torso, painted facial features, blond mohair wig, loop-jointed bisque arms and legs, legs modeled in bent seated position. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 184 4 (head) 4 (arms) 356 (legs). Comments: Kestner, circa 1900. Value Points: the rarer seated model doll is presented in old box, along with a trousseau of child-sewn costume, various fabrics, trims and silk ribbons, and portfolio of costume patterns cut from old newspapers.
