Description
4 1/2" (12 cm.) All-bisque figure of standing Kewpie with classic features, painted socks and black shoes, wearing original blue woolen policeman uniform with brass buttons and belt, marked O'Neill on feet. Excellent condition. Designed by Rose O'Neill, Germany, circa 1910.
