One piece bisque head and torso of chubby toddler, blue side glancing googly eyes with pronounced eye dots, impish smile, button nose, brunette mohair wig, loop-jointed bisque arms and legs, blue bobby socks, black one-strap shoes, dress may be factory original. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 11 (head and limbs). Comments: Germany, circa 1920. Value Points: excellent painted detail on face of cheerful googly includes decorative eye glaze, all original signed body parts.
