13" (33 cm.) circ. Solid domed bisque head with flanged neck, brown painted hair with slightly modeled details, small blue glass sleep eyes, tinted brows, short painted lashes, accented eye corners, closed mouth with center accent line, all muslin body with disc-jointed bent baby legs, stitch-jointed shoulders, composition hands, antique baby body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Germany No.2. Comments: circa 1925. Value Points: inspired by the Bye-lo Baby, the infant has greater characterization, slightly fretful expression, choice bisque, original body.
