13" (33 cm.) Solid domed bisque socket head, brown painted baby hair with side-swept curls, blue glass sleep eyes, painted lashes, short feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, open mouth, outlined lips, two porcelain upper teeth, composition bent limb baby body, antique baby dress, undergarments, knit booties. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Germany B.P. 619-5. Comments: Bahr and Proschild, circa 1915. Value Points: especially fine quality of sculpting on the character baby, fine bisque, original body and body finish.
