Composition socket head with sculpted short brown bobbed hair and bangs, green sleep eyes, real lashes, painted short curly lashes, button nose, closed mouth with rose-bud- shaped style lips, five piece composition body. Condition: generally excellent, shoes not original. Marks: Effanbee Patsy Lou. Comments: Effanbee, circa 1935. Value Points: the larger sleep-eyed Patsy family doll wears original red woolen coat with matching tam, original red polka dot dress, undergarments, socks.
