24" (62 cm.) Ebony black-complexioned socket head, brown glass sleep eyes, painted lashes and brows, accented nostrils, open mouth, two upper teeth, brunette fleecy hair, black composition toddler body with jointing at shoulders and hips, antique costume, and carrying an antique toy accordian. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: K W g 134 16 1/ 2. Comments: Keramisches Werk, circa 1930, the Grafenheim firm was begun in 1930 by past employees of the Simon and Halbig firm. Value Points: rare to find toddler with very expressive features, original toddler body, great costume.
