Description
29" (73 cm.) Bisque socket head, brown glass sleep eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, slightly modeled brush stroked and multi-feathered brows, accented nostrils, open mouth, shaded and outlined lips, four porcelain teeth, pierced ears, brunette human hair, composition and wooden ball-jointed body, antique costume. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 1349 Jutta S&H 13 (head) (Holz-masse symbol on torso). Comments: Simon and Halbig for Dressel, circa 1910. Value Points: rarer child model has very beautiful bisque and painting, original signed body with original finish.
