19" (48 cm.) Bisque socket head, painted facial features, shaded blue eyes, thick upper eyeliner and heavy eyelids, one stroke tapered brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with outlined lips, brunette mohair wig in side curls, composition and wooden ball-jointed body, antique dress, undergarments, leather shoes, socks. Condition: generally excellent, typical wig pulls high on forehead. Marks: K*R 101 49. Comments: Kammer and Reinhardt, circa 1910, from their art character series, the model marketed as "Marie". Value Points: very deeply defined sculpting enhances the pensive pouty expression, lovely bisque and painting.
