Bisque socket head with pink tinted bisque, small blue glass sleep eyes, painted curly lashes, incised eyeliner, feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth modeled as though open with beautifully shaded lips, two porcelain beaded teeth, brunette mohair curly wig, composition and wooden ball-jointed body, antique dress, undergarments, socks and shoes. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 6971 7 Germany. Comments: Gebruder Heubach, circa 1912. Value Points: rare character model in fine larger size with superb detail of sculpted dimples and laughter lines, choice quality of bisque and painting, original body finish, included with doll is antique rubber toy rocking dog.
