Composition swivel head on composition shoulder plate, brown glass sleep eyes, mohair lashes, painted lower lashes, feathered brows, breather nostrils, open mouth, row of upper teeth, black human hair in long braids, muslin torso and upper arms and legs, composition lower arms and legs. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Wing Chang, Home of Quality Doll, Made in China, No. 200 (box label) No. 200 Made in China Patent Pending (paper label on doll). Comments: circa 1925, the Chinese doll was made for marketing to U.S. stores, as indicated by patent labels. Value Points: rare doll with appealing character expression, in fresh unplayed with condition, original costume, wig, box, pristine state.
