14" (36 cm.) Composition socket head, painted blue eyes, painted lashes and brows, button nose, closed mouth with beaming smile, grey mohair wig, five piece composition body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Madame Alexander New York (costume). Comments: Doctor Dafoe of the Alexander Quintuplets group, circa 1935. Value Points: rare composition doll in pristine condition, with original wig, spectacles, costume, shoes, and near flawless complexion.
