Bisque socket head, blue glass sleep eyes, mohair lashes, painted lashes, slightly modeled brush stroked brows with combmarked detail, accented eye corners and nostrils, open mouth, accented lips, four porcelain teeth, pierced ears, blonde mohair wig, composition and wooden ball-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Germany Heinrich Handwerck Simon & Halbig 5 1/ 2 (head) Heinrich Handwerck Germany 5 1/ 2 (body). Comments: Handwerck, circa 1910. Value Points: having beautiful dewy patina of complexion, the doll has original wig, lashes, body, body finish, antique dotted Swiss dress, undergarments, rose knit stockings and rose shoes with soles impressed H.H. and heart symbol for Handwerck.
