8 1/2" (22 cm.) Paper mache roly-doly portrays Mother Goose, having sculpted hat and cape with ruffled collar, her hands clasping a white goose. Whenever tipped from side to side, the figure returns to upright state. French, circa 1890. Good condition, original finish, albeit aged.
