6" (15 cm.) All-wooden doll has one piece head and shapely torso, elongated throat, black painted hair with ringlet curls and chignon, painted facial features, defined nose, jointing at shoulders, elbows, hips and knees, painted red shoes, antique dress. Condition; generally excellent. Comments: Germany, circa 1850. Value Points: excellent detail of hair, original painted finish on the diminutive Grodnertal doll.
