Description
25" (64 cm.) Paper mache bulldog in grey color with highly defined sculpting of body shape, head, paws, jaw and ears, has brown glass inset eyes, black painted nose, nodding head, collar and ruff, and very wide mouth that opens at a hinged jaw to reveal ferociously snarling expression. Hidden wooden wheels allow the bulldog to be pulled along and the jaw to open and closed causing the bulldog to growl. Excellent condition. French, circa 1890.
