11" (28 cm.) Firmly shaped paper mache dachshund with flocked finish in black and brown has glass inset eyes, and a fine-quality-craftsmanship muzzle and harness with silver stud trim. Excellent condition. French, circa 1900,the toy dog was offered in Parisian Etrennes catalogs around the end of the 19th century.
