Description

Each is all-bisque figure of Kewpie with classic features, includes seated Kewpie with plush bumblebee on his foot, suspended by wire from original hole drilled in its foot, marked c.; Kewpie lying on its back with one foot kicking, signed O'Neill 4911 B and with Kewpie paper label; and Kewpie lying on stomach with red helmet, rifle and dagger, marked c. and with Kewpie paper label. Excellent condition. Designed by Rose O'Neill, Germany, circa 1910.
