8" (20 cm.) Polychromed terra cotta shoulderhead turned to the side, brown sculpted hair with topknot and red ribbon banding, enamel eyes, smiling closed mouth, tow-wrapped posable armature body, carved wooden lower arms and legs, original folklore costume. Excellent condition. Neapolitan, mid-1700s.
