Brown-complexioned all-bisque boy has swivel head on kid-edged brown bisque torso, sculpted black hair in tight curls, painted facial features, closed mouth, peg-jointed arms, one- piece torso and legs. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Germany, circa 1890. Value Points: exceptional quality of sculpting and definition of facial features and body musculature, original costume and bracelets, bare feet; included is miniature cloth-covered paper mache lion with tiny glass eyes, made in Germany.
