5" (13 cm). One-piece bisque head and torso, painted facial features of impish-faced child, side-glancing eyes, white eye dots, red and black upper eyeliner, single stroke brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with broad beaming smile, brunette mohair wig, loop-jointed bisque arms and legs, right arm modeled bent at the elbow with pointing finger, painted above-the-knee white stockings and black one-strap shoes, tulle costume may be original. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: J.I.O. c. 1920 47. Comments: designed by artist Jeanne Orsini, made in Germany, circa 1920. Value Points: rare all bisque character with superb detail of characterization and painting.
