9" (23 cm). One-piece bisque head and torso with head tilted to the side, brown sculpted bobbed hair with orange head-band, painted brown side- glancing eyes, black upper eyeliner, white eye dots, accented nostrils, closed mouth with impish smile, center accent line on lips, loop-jointed bisque arms and legs, modeled bent elbows, painted white socks and brown shoes with bow ties. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 10499. Comments: Gebruder Heubach, circa 1916. Value Points: endearing and mischievous character with well defined characterization, beautifully painted stippling of hair.
