Description
5 1/2" (14 cm). Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque torso, cobalt blue glass inset eyes, painted lashes and brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with pert smile, brunette mohair wig, peg-jointed bisque arms and legs, painted white stockings, black two-strap painted shoes. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: circa 1885. Value Points: beautifully painted face enhanced by all-original elaborate aqua silk and lace Marquise costume.
