Description
5" (13 cm). Bisque swivel head with very plump facial modeling on kid-edged bisque torso, brown glass sleep eyes, painted lashes, lightly feathered brows, rounded nose with accented nostrils, closed mouth, accented lips, dimpled cheeks, blonde mohair wig, peg-jointed bisque arms and legs, curved elbows, cupped hands, bare feet. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Kestner, circa 1880. Value Points: outstanding quality of modeling and bisque, very muscular and defined body sculpture, antique costume.
