Carved/pressed wooden socket head, blue painted flat eyes, black upper eyeliner, accented eye corners and nostrils, closed mouth with accent line between the shaded lips, tacked-on blonde mohair wig, wooden spring- jointed body with holes in feet for posing, antique blue calico dress with pearl buttons, undergarments, black stockings, black leather shoes. Condition: original finish with light lines, wig sparse. Marks: Schoenhut Doll, Pat. Jan 17, '11 USA & Foreign Countries. Comments: Schoenhut, circa 1912. Value Points: appealing pensive expression on the early model child, with original finish.
